Abstract: 

تاکنون مطالعات بسیاری بر روی تغییرات ضربان قلب صورت گرفته است. این تغییرات سیگنال قلبی که در دو ضربان متوالی مشاهده می شود را تغییرپذیری ضربان قلب یا Heart Rate Variability (HRV) می نامند. تغییرات کوتاه مدت و بلندمدت در ضربان قلب بازتابی از عملکرد سیستم عصبی اتونوم می باشد، به طوری که یکی از شاخص های سلامت انسان، افزایش و یا کاهش تغییر پذیری ضربان قلب (HRV) است. بنابر این آنالیز این تغییرات می تواند معیار پیش بینی کننده مرگ ناگهانی و یا هشدار در مورد بیماری قریب الوقوعی باشد. لذا با دانستن تکنیکهای آنالیز HRV و تجزیه و تحلیل این تغییرات به صورت غیرتهاجمی می توان اطلاعات صحیحی از تغییر عملکرد سیستم اتونوم بدست آورد.

Abstract: 

Write Error (WER) is one of the most drawbacks of STT-MRAM based memories. This problem usually occurred because of thermal instability and process variation. Although some methods have been proposed for WER reduction, they often did not consider the thermal effect of MTJ and had significant overhead. Therefore, proposing a new method in a lower layer of abstraction with the minimum penalty is essential. In this regard, a write driver core has been proposed, which uses two distinct ways according to the state of writing data based on the thermal feature of MTJ cell and by Dual-Vdd method. Simulation results show 11. 38% write latency reduction without area and power penalty.

Abstract: 

Recently integRated navigation systems are developed to use the advantages of both inertial navigation and global positioning system. In such integRated navigation systems when the GPS signal is missed، the system works based on inertial navigation data. In this condition the navigation Error increases progressive، especially when the INS sensors have low accuracy. To overcome this problem in most of the previous researches neural networks or support vector machines are applied to learn the navigation Errors when the auxiliary navigation signal exists. As soon as the auxiliary navigation signal is lost the output of trained NN’ s are summed with the output of inertial navigation system to remove the navigation Errors directly. In this paper a method is proposed to decrease the navigation Error Rate in presence of process and measurement noise. Actually here multilayer perceptron neural networks are trained to learn the navigation Errors when the auxiliary navigation signal is received، then the output of neural networks are applied to a Kalman filter which estimates the navigation Errors. Simulation is carried out on three different 6Dof paths. The results show that the proposed method is independent of flight path and has more effective performance in compare with mentioned methods.

Abstract: 

IN THE LAST DECADE, THE NUMBER OF SEISMIC STATIONS HAS INCREASED SIGNIFICANTLY, AND NEW DENSER REGIONAL NETWORKS WITH ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED WORLDWIDE. MOREOVER, THE RECENT IMPROVEMENTS IN THE QUALITY OF SEISMOLOGICAL INSTRUMENTS HAVE RESULTED IN THE APPLICATION OF MODERN BROADBAND SEISMOMETERS WITH HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE DIGITIZERS FOR MOST SEISMOLOGICAL STUDIES. AMONG VARIOUS SEISMIC DATA, BROADBAND NETWORKS PROVIDE VALUABLE DATA FOR SEISMOLOGICAL RESEARCH. THE PURPOSE OF THIS RESEARCH IS TO SURVEY THE QUALITY OF CHABAHAR BROADBAND SEISMIC STATION RECORDS AND STUDY THE SITE EFFECT BY RECORDING THE EARTHQUAKES IN IRANIAN NATIONAL BROADBAND SEISMIC NETWORK RELATED TO INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF EARTHQUAKE ENGINEERING AND SEISMOLOGY (IIEES) BY USING 111 RECORDS. IN THIS STUDY, THE Error-Rate OF THE STATION BY 8 EARTHQUAKES SELECTED WAS RECOGNIZED AND IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY SIGNAL-TO-NOISE RATIO IN A SINGLE EARTHQUAKE WAS CARRIED OUT. TO DETERMINE THE SITE EFFECT, THE METHOD OF H/V WAS USED. IN THIS METHOD, IT IS SUPPOSED THAT THIS SITE IS MADE OF ROCK AND SO IT HAS BEEN RESEARCHED IN ORDER TO FIND THE APPROXIMATE CAUSES OF Error-Rate. THEN, TO SHOW THE BACKGROUND-NOISE ON THE SITE, POWER SPECTRAL DENSITY CURVE WAS PLOTTED AND FINALLY A COMPARISON BASED ON NOISES AND THE SITE EFFECT IN CHABAHAR STATION TO THE OTHER IRANIAN BROADBAND SEISMIC STATIONS WAS MADE.
